What You Can Expect

Tailored Lease Offers

  • As spaces become available, you'll receive personalized lease offers.

Monthly Rent Payments

  • Orchard Park leases require monthly rent payments, allowing you to manage your finances conveniently. Please note that quarterly payments are not available.

Affordable Security Deposit

  • To secure your spot at Orchard Park, a $250 security deposit is required.

On-Campus Financial Aid Package

  • Undergraduate students signing a lease at Orchard Park qualify for an exclusive on-campus financial aid package, making your living arrangements even more affordable.

Lease Cancellation Option

  • We understand that circumstances may change. With an Orchard Park lease, you'll have the peace of mind knowing that if you need to leave school, you can cancel your lease.

Housing Terms

  • Choose between two convenient housing terms: September 5 through July 15, 2024, or September 12 through August 15, 2024. This flexibility allows you to align your housing arrangements with your academic schedule.

With a Single Bed Lease, You Can Also Expect

Streamlined Leasing Process

  • After accepting a bed lease offer, you'll sign a lease for your floorplan and lease term, allowing you to plan ahead with confidence.

Roommate Compatibility

  • We understand the importance of finding roommate(s). After signing a bed lease, you'll have the opportunity to search for roommates and form a roommate group.

Inclusive Living Spaces

  • At Orchard Park, our apartments are gender non-specific, meaning we prioritize creating an inclusive and supportive community. Birth sex and gender identity are not factored into room assignments, empowering you to choose your roommates based on shared interests and values.

Choosing Orchard Park means you get to choose from three optional residential meal plans so you can eat on campus as little or often as you like!
